THE CHALLENGE
Blue Cross Blue Shields of North Carolina, requested from my team to create an experiential solution that supports the objective of delivering awareness of the impact of life decisions on future health states.
The Solution
Create an engaging and interactive experience where users have the opportunity to step into a kiosk, snap a photo of their current self, answer a few health and lifestyle questions and visually see how those choices/answers impact their Future self.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
My role was UX Lead. I created the personas, the full UX which consisted of both the digital and the physical space UX. I also worked very closely with our team of designers and developers at different phases of the project.
